I am trying to update the WebEx Productivity Tools but after the update is installed, the program is missing from the start menu as describe in this thread.

I was wondering where can I insert all these parameters for the MSI. When I tried to edit the installation properties (Right click and then Edit). The command line properties is greyed out.
